A Weekend in the Stirling was amazing trip, our trip started from Haymarket railway station. We thought to have traditional British Fish and chips, but end up modern common fastfood lunch at Mcdonald's. From there we headed towards Stirling Castle on top of hill. Stirling Castle, located in Stirling, is one of the largest and most important castles, both historically and architecturally, in Scotland. The castle sits atop Castle Hill, an intrusive crag. Architecture on Royal palace is the part of the stirling castle was degraded because of weather, but some of features are restored and presented very well. The restoration of Great hall or Parliament hall was started making sure of historically correct restoration will be achieved and works has been completed in 1999.
